Dental trays are filled with dental gel and firmly placed on the teeth.
After each use, it is necessary to wash the dental trays well with cold water and store them in a storage box.
Before using it for the first time, follow the steps to customize the shape of the dental trays:
Boil 2 glasses of water and pour the boiling water into a larger container. Then add 1 glass of cold water. This will bring the temperature of the water in the container to about 80 degrees.
Take the dental trays by the holder and dip it in water. Then gently move them and keep them in the water for 15-20 seconds.
After removing dental trays from the water, gently shake the water out of trays. Then put the trays on the teeth. With your fingers, press the trays from all sides into the teeth in order to replicate the shapes of the teeth in the dental trays.
Forcefully pump out the remaining water from dental trays. Then leave it in your mouth for 1 minute. After that, carefully pull the trays away from the teeth a few times and put them back on. This will ensure that the dental trays do not become too tight.
After about 2 min. remove the trays from your mouth and rinse them with cold water. You can then use scissors to cut off the trays holder and excess material to make it easier to use. If dental trays have become too tight, reheat them and adjust them.
