Returns and warranty
Returns:
1. The Buyer has no right to refuse to return the following goods to the Seller:
- quality perfumery, cosmetics, dental and oral hygiene, toilet preparations;
- high quality optical, measuring, checking, medical or surgical instruments and apparatus;
- all other quality goods that have been used, damaged, damaged in their packaging or other actions taken by the buyer have lost their commercial appearance, as well as not all complete goods (for example, lost specific parts of goods, no instructions for use or warranty book, if issued , and etc.);
- other goods which the seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with the legislation in force.
2. Goods shall be considered to be of good quality if they have not expired, do not contain ingredients prohibited by law, have not changed the consistency or other essential characteristics of the goods due to improper storage conditions, are not mechanically damaged, are not damaged or have other defects.
3. The Buyer has the right to return to the Seller those Goods ordered or purchased in the e-shop that are not specified in Clause 1 of the Rules. In order to exercise this right, the Buyer must:
3.1. not later, than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, to inform the Seller about the intention to return the goods to the administrator's e-mail address info@e-skirgesa.lt.
3.2. not later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the notification of the Seller about the return of the goods, as provided for in Article 3.1. to hand over the Goods to the Seller together with the Goods purchase document (copy of the payment order) and other related documents (for example: warranty maintenance booklet).
3.3. The address for returning the goods is UAB Skirgesa, Energetikų str. 30, LT- 52369, Kaunas. The buyer pays the return / shipping costs. If the buyer, when purchasing the product, took the opportunity to pick up the product in the Skirgesa store, he can himself to deliver the returned product to the same store during the business hours of that store.
4. Returned or exchanged quality goods must be undamaged, have not lost their appearance (labels have not been removed and damaged, protective films have not been torn off, etc.) and may not be used. The Product must be returned in the original packaging, the same set as received by the Buyer, be sure to provide the document of purchase of the Product, warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories of the Product. If the Product is not complete, damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the Product, not to change it and not return the money paid by the Buyer for the Product.
5. Goods of improper quality are replaced or returned in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania in force at the time of purchase of the Goods.
6. In the cases of return of the Goods specified in the Rules, the Seller shall return the money paid for the Goods to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of return of the Goods by transferring the money to the payer's bank account after deducting the delivery fee.
Warranty:
1. The main characteristics of the goods sold at www.e-skirgesa.lt are indicated in the product description attached to each product. For goods covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the terms and other conditions are specified in the descriptions of those goods and detailed in the warranty sheet.
2. The photos of the goods are for illustrative purposes only, the original products may differ from the ones shown. If in doubt about the specified product, contact the service department before purchasing the product.
