Teeth whitening gel Opalescence 16% is used with individual whitening trays, which you will have to order at the dentist's. The gel is in a syringe with a tip to squeeze it. One syringe is enough for about 2-4 times. Apply the bleaching gel to the teeth and place it on the teeth. Use 1/3 to 1/2 of the syringe. Keep Opalescence 16% for 4-6 hours.

IMPORTANT:
Before whitening, clean your teeth with toothpaste.
Remove the excess material with a clean finger or toothbrush.
Keep the whitening trays on your teeth for as long as recommended by your dentist!
After the procedure, clean your teeth with toothpaste, and wash the bleaching trays with warm water and dry them.
If your teeth become very sensitive, take a break for a few days.
Plaque must be removed and teeth must be healed before bleaching.
Teeth can be sensitive during whitening.
Fillings, crowns, laminates does not turn white. Therefore, after teeth whitening, old fillings and crowns on the front teeth may also need to be replaced.
