Usage:
Brush your teeth with toothpaste after each meal, or twice a day, morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist or doctor.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
For those with sensitive teeth, it is recommended to take breaks every 4 weeks.
Opalescence toothpaste is not recommended for use in case of gum recession, various enamel damage, and sensitive teeth.
